If you are outside of the UK and want to order something, please email us. We will put your order on hold, and email a quote for the shipping cost which is based on weight & dimension of the parcel. Any import duties that may arise for shipping will need to be covered by you. Once dispatched, please allow 10 days for EU orders and 15+ for the rest of the world. Please note that return postage cannot be refunded. If returning any items, international customers must state “RETURNED ITEMS” on all packages, or you may be liable for additional charges levied by UK customs.

We are happy to refund or issue a credit note for items returned within 21 days of receipt. Please contact us with your intent to return any item by emailing us at maggie@maggiegengland.com. The item must be new new/unused, and returned in the packaging it was originally received.

We would advise you to return items with a proof of purchase from the post office in case the parcel goes astray. Please note that we are unable to take responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post.
