Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications on the website are correct and up to date. However, while the displayed colours are a close representation, slight variations in the actual goods may occur.


Payment for orders will have to be made at the point of sale, and not at the point of despatch. All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate. By making a purchase, you specifically authorise Maggie g to submit information to the relevant third party for credit card authorisation. All card holders will be checked for validation and authorisation by the issuing credit card or bank. If your card issuer declines authorisation for any reason, Maggie g cannot be held liable for any delay in despatch or non-delivery. Please supply us with a telephone number and/or email address so that we can reach you if there is a problem with your order.

International orders are charged in GBP pound sterling. The prevailing exchange rate of the day is charged /converted by the respective credit card company used.


You have the right to cancel your order; however, if the order has been processed and shipped by the warehouse it will not be possible for us to stop shipment. Maggie g cannot accept any liability for lost or stolen goods where specific instructions have been stated by the customer. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.


Maggie g’s total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Maggie g to the customer. Maggie g shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or any other way.
